Account details (name, email, password stored as a secure hash), shipment details (addresses, contact details of shipper and consignee, parcel weight and dimensions), and booking history.

To calculate quotes, book shipments with carriers, generate labels and invoices, send booking and tracking notifications, and provide customer support. Shipment details are shared with the selected carrier — that is necessary to transport your parcel.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number or PayPal password; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
4. Retention and your rights
Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data via our contact page; data needed for completed shipments and invoices may be retained where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
