1. Who we are

ShipWiseHub is a trading name of SHIPWISE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17372344, with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, England. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean SHIPWISE LTD.

These terms govern your use of our website and the booking of shipping services through it. By creating an account or booking a shipment you agree to them. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Our role

ShipWiseHub is a shipping comparison and booking platform. The physical transport of your parcel is performed by the selected carrier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS) under that carrier's own conditions of carriage, which apply in addition to these terms.

2a. Prices and VAT

SHIPWISE LTD is not currently registered for VAT. Prices shown are the total payable and no VAT is charged or reclaimable; we cannot issue a VAT invoice.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices are calculated from the origin, destination, and chargeable weight (the greater of actual and volumetric weight, times the number of pieces). Misdeclared weight or dimensions may result in carrier surcharges, which will be passed on to you.

4. Prohibited items

You must not ship items prohibited by law or by the selected carrier (including but not limited to dangerous goods, currency, live animals, and illegal items). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your shipment's contents and for customs declarations.

5. Liability

Compensation for loss or damage is limited to the protection amount included with your selected service unless additional protection was purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
